Europe Virgin Fund LP

The Europe Virgin Fund LP (EVF) is a generalist private equity fund investing primarily in Ukraine, and to a smaller extent in Moldova and Belarus. SIFEM committed USD 7.0 million to the fund on behalf of SECO.

The fund makes investments of USD 15.0 million on average, into mid-sized private companies operating in under-capitalized sectors of the economy. EVF targets expansion opportunities in companies with potential to become market leaders, actively engaging in improving the corporate governance and technical, strategic and operational know-how of its investees.

The fund is managed by Dragon Global Advisors Ltd, based in Kiev, Ukraine, and benefits from the support of Dragon Capital, the largest investment house in the country. Led by Alex Munteanu and Kamil Goca, Dragon Global Advisors is a first-time fund manager.
