Philip Sieber-Gasser joined SIFEM in 2009, following a year of postgraduate studies. Previously, Philip worked with SECO where he developed a Technical Assistance facility for SIFEM’s investee companies and administered a review of the institutional basis for SIFEM. Prior to SECO, Philip worked with Nordkap Bank AG where he was involved in preparing and reviewing structured finance transactions in developing countries.
 
Philip holds an M.Sc. in Development Finance from the Manchester Institute for Development Policy and Management, England, and a B.Sc. in Economics from University of Bern and HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.
