Pascal previously led the Private Equity Department of Proparco, the private sector subsidiary of the Agence Française de Développement. Pascal has more than 10 years of investment banking and private equity experience in Europe and emerging markets with firms such as Fidelity Investments, Paribas and Harwanne CE.

Pascal holds a Masters in Business Administration as well as Masters in Economics and Management from ESCP-EAP, where he has also taught financial valuation, as well as at other graduate schools and universities.
