Adele Tilebalieva joined SIFEM in 2007. Prior to joining SIFEM Adele helped FINCA International in Russia to adopt a new microfinance management information system. Adele’s microfinance fieldwork is complemented by non-finance experience in the United States and Switzerland at organizations such as Human Rights Watch, the Council on Foreign Relations and Covalence S.A., as well as economic research experience at the Political Science Department of Barnard College. 
 
Adele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Barnard College, USA.
