The fund will be managed by Capsquare Management. Capsquare has built a sizeable team of almost 30 people, and nearly all are based in the main office in Jakarta. A key factor differentiating the Manager is the Value Creation Team, a group of Capsquare-employed professionals with operational experience that are temporarily implanted into senior management functions of investees to improve business functions. Through this process, Capsquare seeks to unlock growth, productivity, and profitability gains while bringing the company in line with international best practices in terms of corporate governance and ESG.
